A living experience for 3 years!

My wife and I have been residents at Uptown Queen Anne for three years now and could not disagree more with the comments we just read in the previous review. The author of those comments certainly feels differently than everyone we have met living here as well. By the sounds of the comments, he/she has obviously never lived in the city before. We pay $99 per month for parking which is the norm for the area and the spaces are no smaller than anywhere else in the city. In three years we've never had a problem with noise and haven't heard of it being an issue for anyone else either. Geoff the manager, is a considerate and caring individual who constantly goes above and beyond his duties. He hosts fantastic tenant parties (even cooks for everyone!), walks dogs, feeds cats, delivers packages, ect.... He recently won a well-deserved award (I believe from For Rent Magazine) as property manager of the year which he proudly displays in the office. Everyone we've met in this small community respects and appreciates Geoff both personally and professionally. We have loved our time here and have no plans of leaving anytime soon. It would be a shame for anyone to let the previous comments deter them from considering Uptown. Just stop by and you will see what we mean. This building isn't constantly 100% full for nothing.
