The apartment is located in a great location. Blocks from Seattle Center, public transportation, and all the Queen Anne provides.

On the otherhand, there's a bit of a crime spree going on in the area it seems. My car has been broken into, and my apartment has been broken into (on the 2nd floor, you may FEEL secure, but it's not!) all within a month or two.

The previous negative comments are pretty accurate though. During the summer, the noise is horrid. The accoustics of the complex make it sound as if someone on their balcony having a conversation is standing right next to your bedroom window. And the Management, though well meaning, has a very apathetic outlook toward the crime of the area. Of course, the Seattle Police aren't much more help in the end either.

The Garage has enough space for the tennants, but the spaces are dinky and it appears the vast majority of the tennants drive SUV's. It's quite common for people to take up 2 spots when parking.

Very accurate. What seems interesting on the double-spot parking: Many people who pay for reserved parking are using 2 spots. Not sure how that works!

My car has been dinged and scratched more in this apartment complex in 1 month than 2 years living at another downtown location :-(
