The place is impressive! Has tons of styles to choose from even though they do not have many open up. One bedroom townhome is my apt and it is very open and affordable for downtown. Enjoyed the neighborhood much more than Belltown and Queen Anne because of convenient location and fun cultural place. Easy to go to all the games and the staff have been extremely helpful in learning my way around and getting settled in. Did not have a gym, but they did have a deal with AllStart downtown for a discounted rate which has worked well. Give it top notch scores.
