I've lived here since October 2001 and lived in 2 different apartments. I moved into a 1 bedroom then transfered to one of the 2 bedroom town homes! When I moved in here I was only going to stay for 3-6 months until I found another Condo to buy but after being here I decided that this is where I was supposed to be. The townhomes are of course my favorite! I have a huge private deck with a seriously killer view of Safeco. I actually have 2 friends that I talked into moving here after they saw my townhome. They both have studios and love it just as much as I do. It's super quiet here too. The staff is really helpful. They aren't just here to collect the rent and tell people to shut up when they make too much noise. They are a really good group that are really interested in getting to know the people that live here. The 2 girls that work in the office are like little dictionaries! You can give them an apartment number or just a name and they know who lives there or which unit the person is in. I don't know why I find that so funny/ amazing but it just blows me away... There's like 200 apartments here! Just mind blowing! lol :) If you are thinking about moving there... stop thinking and just do it! Honestly there is nothing to regret about this place! Good luck!
