It's a tiny oasis in the middle of the International District. The water garden in the center of the complex is what sold me. Nice tenants, dog-friendly, responsive and flexible management. Certainly among the very best places I've lived in 15 years of apartment dwelling.
If I moved back to Seattle, I would call them immediately and try to move back in.
The one downside was that if something wasn't clearly broken, no steps toward fixing it would be taken. I asked for different blinds, because I didn't feel that the ones there offered me enough privacy. I reported this to two different management staffs and neither ever took action to fix it.
That one drawback was completely overwhelmed by the positives: They were flexible in terms of moving costs around (parking vs rent) flexible in terms of handling bank-generated checks, flexible in terms of deliveries to my apartment and even made it easy for me (on moveout!) to return my cablemodem & dsl equipment THROUGH THE OFFICE rather than having to mail it back or deliver it to the service providers' office.
Nothing trumps friendly and flexible staff, and they have that.
