I've lived in Uwajimaya for about 6 months now. I moved from a big house in suburbia, so even my relatively large 2bd townhouse feels a bit cramped, but for the city it's quite large.

The complex is overall very nice. I can't say enough about the staff; they're just super people, Sylvia does a good job setting a friendly, professional, helpful tone and they all are just genuinely nice people.

About the only thing I've been unhappy with is my fellow tenants; lately they've kind of been trashing the joint up a bit. Cigarette butts, occasional trash, etc.

Yes, the rent is a tad on the high end, but hey- it's downtown real estate and one of the nicest overall places you'll ever find to rent. Plus there's a big grocery store on the ground floor!
