I've lived here for over a year now. The staff here can't be beat, they are excellent. I've never had a maintenance problem. Very well maintained grounds and halls with a staff that cleans daily. Convienent in every way to downtown, especially since I work in Pioneer Square, a ten minute walk away. A full grocery store downstairs, bus tunnel and waterfront trolly a block or two away. Many inexpensive restaurants to choose from. They may have vacancies, but that's because of strict qualifications for rental. I have yet to see a bad or disruptive tenant here. There is also a guard on patrol I think at all times, and some staff live on site to report noise problems too. The only possible negative would be some apartments because of their position could be affected by exterior/street noise. Considering this is downtown Seattle though, I think any apartment complex would have that problem, even moreso in places like Belltown. Excellent place to live.
