Refuge from the typical noisy & rude apartments

I lived there a few years ago. It was great.
There are many Asians that live there, so its very quiet with a polite atmosphere. None of the ‘boom boom’ of stereos & televisions turned on loud that is so typical elsewhere. The people don’t wear shoes inside their apartments so can’t hear your neighbors above (unlike apartments filled with westerners who clod around with hiking boots it seems, and think nothing of loud mid-night conversations right outside your door or window). Also, the management was nice and always helpful.
I have lived in many apartments around the world and this apartment was one of the few in America that did not drive me crazy.
