I don't even know where to begin. We are tough tenants and a bit demanding, but the staff got to know us, got to know our names and never seemed annoyed with our constant questions and requests. They were knowledgable about the city, and very, very quickly got to know us and our daughter by name.

The apartment is spotless and looks brand new. They keep it in great, great shape inside and out. And what a location! As another reviewer said, it's the center of the universe. We live in one of the townhouses and we could not be happier. We lost 1,000 sq feet moving from our house to this apartment, but we do not regret the move in the least. The convenience of a three minute walking commute for my spouse and being in the thick of downtown in a culturally diverse neighborhood - well, it's priceless.

If you're considering this place against others in the city, choose this place. I'm telling you, you won't regret it. For cleanliness, quiet (yes, quiet), staff friendliness and location, this place has no peer.
