I already wrote a positive review for this community but I do want to say that safety is somewhat a growing issue with me. Lots of Bums and drug users hang around at night...
Sometimes I would need to go to the grocery store or run a quick errand after dark and one time a lady strung out on drugs followed me into the garage and she said some people were trying to kill her and it was disturbing I was pretty well cornered in my own garage.
Another time this bum who looked awfully scary ran to my car on the way in and tried knocking on my car window I tried to ignore him a kept driving but he kept following me..I was stuck in that situation again.
Also the WORST thing that happened was that my car was broken into fron INSIDE the garage(which is gated and supposed to be safe)...it cost me 600$ to get my window fixed and all they took was spare change!!!! i WAS ONLY A DOLLAR in quarters.
Apparently this sort of thing happens once or twice a year..and I wasent the only one to have their car broken into.
There ARE cameras in the garage but they NEVER got back to me about wether they saw anything...they were VERY lazy about it....and this all happened on thanksgiving so lets just say my holidays were ruined.

Other than all that it is great.
