Central location is the best reason to live here. Security is very good with roving guards, cameras, and emergency alarms in the underground parking garage. Unfortunately there are problems with street people at night and the noise from the drunks at 2:00 AM from the numerous restaurants. The appliances(W/D,Stove,Dishwasher) are substandard and I've seen thicker rugs on old mens heads. Parking on weekends and holidays due to the traffic can be difficult.
