It can be quite noisy at times with late-night revelers on the street, trains, buses, trucks loading and/or unloading, construction, sirens, helicopters en route to Harbor View Hospital, etc.

I agree.There is this bum that likes to yell at the top of his lungs ALL DAY no joke. I heard him from 1pm all the way until 8pm... He thinks its singing but it is just yelling...I hear him over my tv..and my windows closed...
