I lived at the views only until my lease was up. I would not have thought for one moment about renewing my lease. Although the apartments themselves are wonderful, the manager is awful and sometiming. Her name is Colleen. All of her family lives there in different units. Her children get into violent arguing matches with the tenants, and she does nothing because she feels she is in a position of control. Her and her sister Gloria walk around the building drunk all the time. Lets not talk about the crack addicted maintaince guy and his half a head girlfriend.
Before Colleen became the buildings manager the building was always clean and the conflict between tenants was minimal, now if your about to sign a lease you better watch out because the building is infested with roaches and ants. The Views will only treat one unit at a time so the pest are just running from house to house.
Please hear this if you dont want to hear anything else. If you are going to pay rent for someplace to call home, then you should have the benefits of a home and not just a place to sleep at night. Be careful, her son will break into your car if you park it in the garage and the tape from the cameras will disappear. Everyone is family there and if you are not in the family they will get you out of there some kind of a way but it wont be the right way. When you leave you will leave with a big bill paying for things that were broken in the first place.

Sounds like the tenants should contact an attorney. Try 1-888-201-1014 (The State's Free Legal Advice Line) or the Attorney General's Office.
