views at madison From: jjeewweell76 Date posted: 1/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   i have lived in the views since 2003 and i must say my experience has been good at first yes management was a little below standards due to lack of experience but since colleen has been here i must say when it comes to paperwork and explaining the process low income or not she is very helpful. the problem lies when you have tenent who come and apply and they seem like responsible people but in fact they are the tenent from hell what do you do. how many tenents are guilty of taking trash out knowing its leeking but you will still drag it out through the halls and elevators making the carpet soiled, or dumping household items by the dumpster knowing it will not be removed. im sure the building will go through normal wear and tear but im mean if your not a clean person dont blame it on the views. and for the new comers please dont be discourage do your own research and ask questions. im the only person who have lived in my unit nothing broke, its clean and when i need work done its done in the timeline they have documented.
