Views at Madison

Views at Madison From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived at the Views at Madison for nine months, and never did I experience any problems with the management. The building manager, Coleen, is very professional. She is very straightforward and personable, she treats everyone the same and is not overly rude. I don't know where all of these complaints are coming from -- the building is right on the border between Capitol Hill and the Central District, so arguments outside the building come with the territory. The parking gate was not operating for a couple of months but was fixed as soon as a new maintainence man was hired. I was never asked to pay something I didn't owe, and most of the time anything I needed fixed was done so promptly. None of my packages were ever stolen. I never had any problems with the tenants, including Coleen's children. A lot of the people that are leaving rude comments are probably just bitter because they are a bad tenant; Coleen is professional, but she doesn't take ---- either. A. Blackstone
