I love my studio apartment. The bedroom is actually off the living area, just big enough to squeeze in a queen bed, but nothing else. Lots of charm with the old building, french doors lead into the kitchen area, glass doorknobs, crown moldings. Nice view of the Space Needle. Reasonable rent and utilities. Until December, 2005, the building was very well maintained, and the managers lived in the building. Unfortunately, the building has been sold and the new managers are extremely unprofessional at best. They have refused to fix major water problems for my neighbors, and have at least once entered my unit without permission.

Summary--fantastic units, VERY charming. Parking is a pain, and new managers are terrible.
