Pretty Good Place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The apartments are very nice-- especially for the area. There were problems with break-ins and car thefts a few times, but the manager changed the locks to building and they stopped. The neighborhood is a little scary, but that's what you get in Lake City. The manager is pretty aloof and tried to charge us twice for our last month's rent, but we eventually were able to show her we had already paid.
