WOW!, what a great place for folks to vent ... i am a tenant, I LOVE IT! management CARES!, the world is not perfect, but they CARE! i am a little sick of the memos on the elevators, now they wanna do a block-watch thing in the area. i can't be bothered. i am here because i just wanna sleep, and eat, and do my thing at work. i don't want to join, i don't want to be friends with my neighbors (who are all nice!), i want a safe place to live, and i get it here.
these whiners who leave stuff in their cars are stupid, there is no helping them. we got the "lecture" don't leave stuff in your cars that will attract attention on move-in. people are just stupid.
I vote YES for a great place it live. I LOVE IT! (my other apartment never took my packages into the office and held it until i found a minute to get it - i had to go to the post office and UPS to pick stuff up!)
Maintenance guy is on my best guy list, i dropped a very stupid thing down the drain and he tore into it (sure he griped, but it was MAY FAULT) and there it was! I was soooo lucky!
The manager is so much better than the other management people i had before, she is ALWAYS there, the phones turn over to Steve at night, and everyone that i know here is pleasant. they even check for bad civil backgrounds, to make sure my neighbors are SAFE. I'm here til they kick me out.
