We stayed at Villa Appia for three months on a month-to-month basis. The furnished units were lovely, my husband and I had a very very pleasant stay, considering what we were going through at the time. Every one of the staff was pleasant and business-like. Responsive to our needs. And the building was kept up very well. One minute coffee in the elevators, the next minute it was gone. This is tough to do! We felt safe, cared for, and would stay there again, if needed. The area is NE of the university hospital, a quick bus ride, or car ride, close enough to shopping to get around. Parking garage is ample, and we never had any problems EVER. Four stars from us.
