This is a horrible place to live.
Extremely overpriced, tiny stuffy units with no air flow.
I hated this apartment.
People constantly slamming doors as if they were living in a hotel or something.
And these doors are heavy so they will slam on their own unless you care enough about your neighbors to prevent them from slamming.
Good luck doing laundry here.
The machines are so small you can only wash a few pairs of jeans at a time.
It's easier to go to a laundry mat than spend all day with these micro machines.
------- is a snotty lady.
Didn't get my deposit back even though I cleaned the unit immaculately when I moved out.
I even rented a steam cleaner for the rug.
What a -----.
I've never had problems with any rental or landlord in the past until I lived here.
Villa Appia looks nice from the oustide but it's a waste of money.

I have to agree with this post. I'm shocked to see all the positive reviews in the past but management must have changed once I moved here. I hate living here. You cannot get a hold of anyone if you need something resolved or if there's an emergency. I believe I know which "snotty" lady you are talking about. She is always on vacation. Glad to know that my rent is paying for her vacations every week. Management is just horrible. They don't care or treat tenants with respect and it's obvious they only care about the money. I can't wait to get out of here!

That is so funny..i live here to and this place is the worst appartment i have ever lived in..management are just a bunch of jokes..the one manager needs to get her head out of her --- and the other wannabe rich old lady that drives a lexus with the liscence plate that says appia just is just a snoty lady..Rent is extremely overpriced esp for having no ammenities..i have rented from multiple places where rent is cheaper and offer a lot more..mangement loves getting into tennants business and is always wanting to come into apartments..laudry machines are just a joke..can wash literly 3 towels at a time or else they dont come out clean..not recomending this place to anyone..
