My wife & I have rented from Village Montrachet for about 5 years. Apartments are roomy and have fire place and washer/dryers in each unit. We have rented a One Bedroom/One Bath and the Two Bedroom/Two Bath.
The manager is responsive, the complex is well groomed and the rents seem fair.
Comcast cable is included in the rent, but, you pay an additional fee if you want covered parking (All uncovered parking spots are open parking.)
Village Montrachet is located conveniently near the freeways, and has plenty of fast food and shopping venues. Walking distance to the new Burien Square.
In 5 years, I have only seen two instances where the police had to be called.
