This place is terrible. Sure, it has a great location, being so close to campus and the ave, but its not worth it to have to deal with the management.
they are cheap, conniving, and doing things under the table that have horrified me.
moving in, i saw the landlord painting over mold in one of the apartments.
staying here is a health risk, and over the course of six months i had lodged so many complaints about the mold in my apartment but no action was taken.
not only that but they took out so much of my deposit over damages that were already part of the crappy apartment, and didnt even give me back my last months rent.
do NOT live here.
there are plenty of other safe and legitimate places near campus.
