they told me when i moved in that the deposit is fully refundable. when my lease was up they tried taking the whole thing even though my apartment was spotless. my move-out check out list was perfect! nothing negative written on it. after multiple visits and a few days of arguing they gave back most of it. make sure you save a written documents implying that they will give back full deposit refund minus normal wear and tear.

Pros: nice water view, very spacious

cons: parking sucks, management sucks, gym is small, over priced, upper floor get very hot during summer. very small washer/dryer. i average half a basket per load.

LOL! So basically they raised the price and painted the walls and put in new floors. Is the water still nasty, rusty and brown?
