Pleasant From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2003   I live in the older portion of the building, circa 1950. While the apartment itself reflects the limitations of the era it was built in, the neighborhood is terrific, as are the other residents. I've never had a problem with noise/burglary/car break ins. The grounds are well maintained and kept clean. On street parking is always available.
