I moved in Aug 15th and on Nov 6th I recieved a notice dated July 1st stated that I had to pay my rent in 3 days or give up possession of my property. When asked why I recieved notice on Nov 6th dated for July 1st when I moved in Aug 15th her only excuse was she didnt have time to change it to the date I moved in. She then said it was just a preliminary notice and I could pay rent in a couple of days and continue to stay and I informed her that I didnt have a desire to stay after recieving a notice that I was evicted. She said "oh you wanted to move out just because you recieved a past due notice'" I said the no, I want to move out because I was never informed of a eviction notice after being past due for only 3 days.
