not a nice neighborhood

I looked here a week or so ago (Jan 2003) and the management was friendly and helpfull. The problem was the shady looking characters hanging around outside. Then they put the cigarette butts right on the ground. They didnt seem to care about littering. I saw broken down cars, beer bottles and cans, cigarette butts, and the place was generally unkempt, even if it wasn't the staff's fault. They obviously have people living there who just don't care and since they are still there......well, I won't be. Delridge places are not very nice, seemingly because of the neighborhood. I left delridge with the impression of skid row.
