I've lived here a couple years. The place is kept very clean by the groundskeepers and the townhomes themselves are pretty safe. The neiborhood itself is pretty bad... And I personally don't think the security does ----, but I've had no trouble with violence or anything like that. Not for noisy people because the tennants are very bitchy about it... but a good quiet place to live overall
