We were trying to find a place to live and thought we'd give westridge try. We should have known that being on Delridge they would be untrustworthy. The management was very pleasant and helpful as we wrote our $70.00 application fee check out to them. After that it was a total nightmare to get any straight answers from them until finally they said that we did not make enough money to live there. Granted that our combined income is a measily $4,000 a month and that we currently have over $5,000 in the bank. I guess we just weren't good enough to live there.
I would advise anyone who is thinking about moving here to make sure that you not a student and that you make at least $50,000 a year. I mean come on, this is Delridge what the hell were we thinking'

I have lived here 3 years and love it. Your recommendion ratings have nothing to do with reality here. Parking is great, maintenance quick and courteous, grounds are exceptional with lots of trees, well maintaned lawn areas, small creek. No construction, exrememely quiet, small workout room, seasonal pool, help staff.Security is great and provided and no cost. What's not to like?
