I lived at Westridge Park for over 10 years and rarely have I ever had a problem with management or anyother personel. I moved in to one of the appartments when I was 10 years old and now, at 21, I can safely say that I had some of the best times of my life within that blue fence that surrounds the apartments. I m sorry to hear that other residents have had issues with living there, but hopefully they can find a place where they can fit right in.

All in all, I recommend this place.

of course you haven't had a problem with management - if you've lived there most of your life under 21, then you weren't old enough to actually do business with them, you just let your parents or whoever deal with it. Do you actually rent there now? I mean, have a lease in your own name and pay rent? If not, you are not qualified to rate it as a renter.

What blue fence? Every fence I saw was the same crap brown color as the apts themselves. It's sad when management has to come on these sites and pretend to be a happy resident. Thanks for your glowing post anonymous...

First and foremost, I CURRENTLY AM a resident here and not the manager or any other staff member of Westridge Park. Secondly, just because I have had a positive experience here is not the end of the world. I am 21 years old and for about 5 of the ten last years, my sister and I have not only been paying rent to live here, but have been the ones who have handled all the business transactions involved. That, therefore, makes me a renter.

To everyone reading this: I'm having a hard time trusting this posting. There is no blue fence. Please tell me where the BLUE fence is JOSUEDMENDOZA?? This is supposed to be a review from a renter, yet I don't think this person has actually lived in WRP Apts. We've seen postings from Management on here. There is even a recent posting from a disgruntled former leasing agent confessing that she was someone who wrote a sickeningly cheery review in hopes of saving this Titanic of a situation at WRP. I had immediately "called her out" in her original sugar-coated review. For some reason, my response to it was carried over to her confession posting. JOSUEDMENDOZA, Until you had turned 18 years old, you could not legally rent an apartment, nor be added to a rental contract at 10-18yrs old; Legally. Having known the previous leasing management, I know you were never added to that lease. If you really live here, my hunch is that you are not on the lease now. My first guess is that the sister must be older than JOSUEDMENDOZA. Which would mean that the sister was actually the one who dealt with the management. Speaking of which... The previous management was in place for a while, probably watched JOSUEDMENDOZA grow up, and passed information to the adults in your household through you. That doesn't mean you "handled the business transactions". What business transactions are there?? Dropping the rent check in a slot at the office? I taught my dog to fetch the paper, but that doesn't make him my financial adviser! A person who actually cares about the money they spend on rent would find this place to be quite a different story than JOSUEDMENDOZA's posting. For example, the recent major rental increases! My rent has been raised 3 times in the past 18 months. I am now paying $300 over my original move in amount, and I've ALWAYS been on a lease. I've lived here for more than 4 years, but the major increases started only 18 months ago. How can a 21 yr old not feel the financial impact of those increases. I'm a business professional. I get paid well enough, and yet I can't feel so great about spending an additional $1500 per/year. JOSUEDMENDOZA and sister, and anyone else living in that household must have experienced the problems with parking in this complex, yet gave parking 5 stars. I think JOSUEDMENDOZA may actually be the first person to do so. Almost all of MY original neighbors started moving out when the notices about conversions came to light. Where are all your friends in the complex JOSUEDMENDOZA? Are they all gone now as a result of the changes, and rental increases? Most of the people I had as neighbors had been here for many years before me, and had no plans to move anytime soon. The info passed to us from the new management told us: When it is time for your unit to be remodeled, the tenant needed to completely move out for 3 months, or until it was completed. If you moved back in, your rent would immediately jump $400 . Yet, there is NO mention of this in JOSUEDMENDOZA's review... I find it funny that a 20-21 yr old didn't find any problems with this, or the loss of free cable that also came with the changes. My cable bill jumped from $16.70 to $137.50! when the free cable was pulled away from all of us. What renter would be happy about this?
