Don't waste your time here

I lived here for 2 years and it was OK for what you paid. But then the huge condo conversion came and I was in the first group of tenants to be asked to leave so that our apartments could be made into the office and model home of these stunning new condos. I was given a notice to vacate and when I did, Mosaic and their management group told me I still owed them rent because I broke my lease (which had already been broken by the notice to vacate). The letter also stated I could call and speak to the manager at the Lora Lei apartments if I wanted to resolve this. Not only does new management not know renters laws in WA but they don't even realize where they work. Oh, how I feel so bad for Mosaic after they sank all that money into the property, kicked out loyal residents and are now on the corner begging for people to rent here. Don't do it! There are better apts elsewhere for the same price. Save yourself trouble later and rent with a reputable group.

First and foremost, I CURRENTLY AM a resident here and not the manager or any other staff member of Westridge Park. Secondly, just because I have had a positive experience here is not the end of the world. I am 21 years old and for about 5 of the ten last years, my sister and I have not only been paying rent to live here, but have been the ones who have handled all the business transactions involved. That, therefore, makes me a renter.
