old owners were fine no real problems the allied came in and changed all the parking like seen below. no room for full size vans and trucks have a hard time too. the lights on the outside of my current building have been out for almost a month, this makes it very dark at night and impossible to find the right key or see the steps. office said they were waiting on the power company for something but this seem a bit long without any updates and no returned phone calls. do not be fooled buy condo conversions and new paint, tennis court and gym a joke.

I believe I live in the same building. I suggest you do what I just did regarding the lights: File a complaint with the Seattle DPD, seattle.gov/dpd. Improper lighting is against the law and this agency oversees landlord tenant laws. I'm tired of waiting for the incompetent, lazy management to do anything about it. We shouldn't have to ask them repeatedly to fix safety hazards.

Prior manager, if there was a child molester living here when you took over why then did you do nothing about it? I am a resident here and have had no problems with maintenance or management.(Turn over is crazy though I do agree) Perhaps your hostility comes from the fact that you could not handle us here. Perhaps if you knew about the Seattle landlord tenant laws you would not have tried to increase our rents illegally when you took over. Maybe you should have sent the 60 day notices that were to have been sent not the 30 day ones. Talk about no education. You should have known this. Maybe perhaps you sent the office staff in termoil from the get go and they still have to dig out of the label YOU put on them.

The childmolester was discovered in early summer of 2007, I did everything I could to inform the community, but was ordered by uppermangement at corporate to keep this information from the community not to create turmoil and panic. So this animal could sit by the pool looking at the kids as he pleased. I actually did know about the 60 day notice to raise the rent, but again here, I was told to ignore that, since Allied wanted the money as fast as possible.
I was forced to do, what Allied told me to do in order to keep my job. And I do have a Real Estate Lisence, and I do know the laws, opposite a lot of the employees at Allied. I don't think I was the one who where hostile or creating turmoil at this community. I know it was created by my direct superviser at corporate, who had no experience or former education and couldn't handle the job. All she wanted was money - she was paid by commition.
