Okay where to begin...I just moved away from here. They advertised to us that a new workout facility would be built but it was months late. When they finally got it installed and running it was a shoddy pool that they said would be heated...yeah right. After complaining about the temperature numerous times I have found that they are blowing us off. This isn't just my wife and me either lots of people have complained. Also there are residents who use the TV in the workout facility as a kind of day-care. I went to work out and was walking on cheetos while four crying kids sat on the floor with their mother watching TV. This place is the pits and management doesn't seem to care...

All in all, WRP is not a bad place for people with kids, but if you're a parent looking to move here, you will need to be a good parent. I find the above post exactly dead on with the experiences I've encountered here since moving in. I don't think I've ever used the workout room without kids running in and out, and all around the equipment... and never a parent to be seen. There is plenty of grass, but no playground, so all the things tailored to the active adult resident are over-run with screaming, active children. If you've read the many reviews about WRP, you've learned that parking is a problem, which equates to there being plenty of cars in the parking lots. Though I've mentioned there is plenty of grassy areas, the parking lots become the playground for these kids. On a few occasions, I've noticed my neighbors kids kicking balls against my neighbors garage door when he wasn't home, kicking a ball high into the air and hitting the windows of the apartments, or the cars in the parking lot which sets off the car alarms. I blame the parents for their kids behavior... and so far, there seems to be quite a few bad parents living here at WRP Apartments.
