I have had so many problems with this apartment complex. When I move in my apartment was dirty and the carpet smelled like dog. Eventually they replaced the carpet. Then they took most of the visitor parking away, forcing tenants to purchase a parking stall for their visitors. My unit had birds living in the walls, some kind of small woodpecker. I was unable to even sleep in past sunrise because these birds were so loud. I asked if there was anything they could do and they stated they were unable to remove the birds because they were endangered. At the end of my lease they raised my rent $250 and started making tenants pay for garbage. The management does not seem to care. They make excuses and never return your calls. When I moved out I asked for a walk through and management stated as long as I leave the apartment how it was when I moved in I would get my deposit back. My mistake, I should have insisted on that walk through. They charged me for a full clean of my apartment. I cleaned that apartment better then it was when I moved in and I even painted and patched any nail holes. When I asked why I was charged for the clean, I was told I did not clean under the stove, washer/dryer unit and refrigerator. When I asked how was I suppose to lift these extremely heavy appliances I was not given an answer. I did take photos and the apartment before I moved in and after I moved out and my move in inspection form clearly states how dirty the apartment was. I provided these photos to the office manager and Vice President, Conventional Housing for the management firm and was just ignored. I would not recommend this community to anyone.
