Westridge Park Apartments has gone through so many changes since we had lived there. Some good and some bad. When we first moved to Westridge Park we were told that the apartments where being remodeled into condos and we were only allowed a 9 month lease. Come to find out at the 9 month mark that the condo conversion is not going to take affect so we renewed our lease and stayed until early 2009. I mostly just want to voice my concerns with the management as they are by far the worst part of Westridge. Not only are they changing managers every two weeks, it seems the office has temps that work there that are nice but not allowed to help with any major things you may need help with. Only the manager can help you with these things and she/he is seldomly in the office. Upon moving out we where told we were settled up and free and clear. Low and behold after 4 months we get a letter from collections saying we owed for charges upon move out when we were previously told we were settled. Now upon dealing with collections we are looking into hiring legal help to settle this matter. Please take this as just one consideration when deciding on moving to Westridge Park.

I had similar problems. They would not return my deposit for no good cause. They lie and I wanted to take them to small claims but I moved out of state.

OMG!!! Me too!!! I lived there for almost 7 years. and upon moving, they would not give back ANY of my deposit. and to add insult to injury, they said I owed them! BS! and then sent it to collections! Let us all file a class action lawsuit!

I thought this problem was resolved when Stephanie was removed from office. Apparently, it hasn't. They tried to do the same to me: my deposit was forfeited and I was charged an amount over and above the forfeited deposit. And all of this happened after I had gone thru what was represented as a move-out inspection by a staff member (not Stephanie) on the weekend. The member asked me for my forwarding address so that a refund check could be sent to me. Instead I got the dreaded threat letter from the collection agency. Being pissed, I approached Allied directly. It worked. I was refunded my deposit. And I believe my complaint (along with others') resulted in Stephanie being replaced.

Oh great. My lease is up soon and now I am scared to move out after reading this. I don't want to be sent to collections or be asked to pay money to them. This scares me that the front office could mess with us like this. I guess the only thing to do is get everything in writing? How scary.

When you move out of this place be ready for a long fight! This place is awful to deal with and Stephanie was the manager when I was there as well. I have been gone for a year now and have had to deal with the collection agency, had to go to court and am still fighting with them! I can't tell you how much stress this has caused me and my family.

anyone ever thought that if you leave your apartment trashed you are gonna get charged... I worked in apartment management for a long time and dealing with move outs and peoples money is not easy. I agree that when Stephanie was there it was aweful, but now things have been so much better. I have to admit I call there a lot and I always get what I ask. At least the are trying. I think all of the things they are doing for the community are so cool to. I had a great time at the luau. I don't expect to get my deposit back anyways because its expensive to replace things a clean anywhere you live. Why don't some of you try talking about something good for a change. You can't tell me nothing was good about the property.
