Not a bad place

This is a huge complex taking up about 3-5 full city blocks. It is serviced with only 1 entrance onto Delridge Way but it dose have it's own stop light. The Grounds are kept up well. There is a nice community center with fitness center, open only during office hours. In the Section North of the entrance that consists of two clusters of about 7-8 buildings, with at least 6 units in each building. There are only 6 Visitor parking spots for all these buildings with the only Disabled Parking spots in front of the Main Office over a city block away. There is no close street parking and not much of that. Trash bins seem too small for the amount of apartments. Only 4 small dumpsters for trash and 4 rolling bins for recycling emptied about once a week to service each cluster of about 42 apartments and townhouses. During the big snow last year the parking lot was totally frozen over and nobody could get in or out. They finally plowed the parking lot the day before all the other snow melted. The longer term tenants tended to be older mature folks who are all quiet respectable people but lately an influx of younger folks just over 18. So far no problems with drugs or constant loud parties. There is a 24 hour security service that comes threw the complex from time to time, but will respond if called. Office staff friendly and will tell you what you want to hear then do nothing. They were going to go condo but are now referbing all the units. Long-term tenants have to move when leases expire to referbed units. Over all it is a nice place. It is on the 120 bus line. Only one break-in in the complex I know of in the last 2 years and that was by a "friend" of the tenant's son. Could be better but than could be far worse.

Sounds like an employee! There has been numerous break ins, including mine when I was there not long ago. Staff and all the so called management are awful people. I would have to say that the only good person there would be the grounds keeper!

if it was an employee i don't think they would have given the property a little better of a rating. I feel for you about the breakins but that happens everywhere there was just a car stolen from someones house in Gatewood with million dollor homes all around it. The car was found totaled 6 blocks away in an equally as nice part of the same street. Break-ins are not managements fault they are the punks that have nothing better to do with their lives than ruin other peoples lives
