I had an incident that they claimed they didnt get my rent check and started the eviction process. Posted the scary you have so many days to leave on the door. Long story short, I spoke to 3 different people - the first one being the scariest of all 3. The first person was a man, though I can not remember his name. All I remember is he pretty much told me that I would have to pay late fees on top of lawyer fees and that he didnt care if my bank screwed up he wanted the money. The second lady wasnt much help but at least she wasnt mean. And the third was the manager who actually found my rent check - that was placed where they put their bills instead of checks because of the odd size. Needless to say it was a long 2 days of hysterics - talking to scary guy and literally screaming at my bank to find out it was they who had misplaced it. And I didnt even get a sorry.

Interesting that you talked to a man because there hasn't been a man that worked in that office for i don't even no how long.

It was a guy at the front desk. I lived there from 11/07 to 5/09

heidisaas is right - there was a guy that briefly worked in the front office last winter-ish. I remember him.

I remember that moron. His name is Ben... He sent me a "late" notice that stating that I didn't pay my water bill and that I must pay late fees/charges. I hadn't even received it yet! The moron. That and other crappy treatment by Allied, forced me to move after 6 years. I can't say I miss the place!
