All In All a Decent Place To Live
I lived at Williamsburg for about two years and found that the place met my needs while I was there. It's nothing fancy but the price was reasonable, the place is adequately maintained, it seems fairly safe (if you take into account that you areā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Good place for college kids/young grads
I signed a 6 month lease here, and moved out recently. Don't have many complaints. The landlord was always really nice to me, more like a friend who's always looking out for you. Did most of the things he said he would do, and ifā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Good Experience
The location speaks for itself: awesome! Walking distance to downtown's shopping district, myriad bus lines, also Capitol Hill and Lake Union. I couldn't agree less with the previous poster's maintenance experience - I only received prompt and courteous service and felt well taken care of. Moreover,ā¦Ā See More >lilycat82

generally okay for the most part...
I lived in this apartment for six months. The best thing about this place is definitely location, because you can walk to pretty much anywhere from here. There is no parking, so its great if you don't have a car, otherwise you will pay aā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Cheap and Central
I would only recommend living here for the fact that it's cheap, it's walking distance to downtown and Capitol Hill, and the courtyard is pretty. Other than that, it's completely terrible. Management is the worst I've ever experienced anywhere; it's basically non-existent. ā¦Ā See More >happytenant206

Awesome Management, Great Location, Beautiful Building !!
I have lived here for a little over a year and absolutely love it. The 1 bedroom apartment I have overlooks the courtyard and even with construction right across the street and a high traffic street right outside I can barely hear any noise. I'm 3ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

the manager is creepy. i avoid him. the apartment itself is pretty big and conveniently located for the price. it is old, but it does the job. the shower sucks though. it burns...randomly. i do not want to live here anymore, but i would recommendā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I love it
I have been here almost six months and am about to sign another lease. It is definately the right price for downtown living, I did get rid of my car before moving here so I can walk to work. Two of my friendsā¦Ā See More >anonymous

There is no onsite parking but most residents park in a lot about three blocks away. Great location, right downtown. Great residents. It feels more like a dorm than an apartment building.
