Willow Court Apartments is an improving apartment community. We have lived here for five years now and it is changing for the better. In the last two years, they have improved in appearance, on-site manager (Maceo), and overall tenant quality. Extensive work has been done to improve the outer appearance of the buildings and landscaping. Over all, the complex is generally good with satisfactory response times for needed repairs. The new on site maintenance guys are friendly and helpful. The old maintenance man (Monty) didn t respond very quickly and his work was lousy. The new guys are sharp and do it right.

The cost of living here remains affordable for medium income working individuals and families like mine. Recommended for those people who are on a budget.
