I lived at Willow Lake Apartments from 2000 until 2002. I completely agree with the other review, it is absolutely the ghetto. Everything he or she described is accurate. But I want to add to beware of your deposit, you likely won't be getting it back on move out. They have a real scam running on silly charges against your deposit.
