I wish I had checked this place out better before I moved here. All I can say is, if you get stuck here, learn the phone numbers of police, health department, code enforcement, etc. Don't plan on sleeping at anytime, day or night. It is extremely noisey and poor construction with single pane aluminum windows from 1976 that leak water in everywhere. Most of my furniture has been badly damaged from water and now has mold. There is mold in the walls from siding that isn't up to code so moisture gets in. I had sewage from upstairs neighbor come through my ceiling and it took over a week to fix it properly, and it was in the only bathroom I had.
I the summer there are alot of kids using the pool, and they seem to only know the four letter words, so be prepared to ask them if their mothers would like to know what language they use.. it was they only thing that stopped them, even if for a moment. The laundry facilities are a waste of time and money, learn where the laudromats are. People would rather throw garbage anywhere than look for a can. It's a filthy ghetto, I am constantly in fear for my life here, I can look out the window and see people carrying guns, and they don't have badges. There is also obvious drug using and dealing here.
It was put up for sale, probably (not absolutely, but I've heard rumors) due to laws about the number of police calls and fines charged to complexes like this one. Needless to say, it did not sell. The managers lack concern for tenants welfare and lack professionalism. I'd walk into the office and get to hear about others who wouldn't pay their rent, etc. They seem nice, but things change after you sign the lease. God help me, I want out... the mold is making me sick everyday, and I'm losing work because of it. Please carefully consider all options before you sign.

I have lived here for 2 years and had notihng but pleasent memories. Though the windows may be thin ( I don't know with what to reference them ) The walls are very well insulated, low noise. Also I know the people who live around me and have never felt unsafe in any way. The management has never been unpleasant to me... sure the two times I have managed to be a day late with the rent they have no pronlems taking the extra 50 dollars from you, but you can't go around making special exceptions for one person, anyone should know that. As for Mold? not even a smidgen... my first 6 moths I spent in an upstairs studio, my second year and a half in a downstairs 1 bedroom after a motorcycle accident (The management by the way went out of there way to make that happen at no cost to me at all despite the premature lease ending etc.) In both apartments I experienced no mold whatsoever, nor damp conditions. As with ANY apartment you should make sure to leave a window or door cracked after a shower etc but I have had a window not well sealed the entire time I have been here with an air conditioner mounted in it and as long as you maintain a temperate environment then their should be no problems... if you cant afford to run your heat then maybe I can see an issue. Overall a great experience, the only thing I would change is the somewhat lackadaisical manner with which they enforce their parking bylaws. Certainly some of the vehicles here should not be allowed on the premesis and are rarely even threatened with toweing. Last year they started a "parking sticker only" policy... I was one of the only cars that ever even got one. Otherwise enjoy the stay. Great rates.
