I hate this place, I cant believe I lived here but because we were new to WA I didnt know, but I'm happy I only got 6months lease. SOOOO Happy to get out! People are fighting alot in the parking lot, waving their guns around, noise is 24/7 non stop! Cops are here ALOT!!! In June 2006 there was a shooting and the guy died. Check it out at Seattle Times. TOTALLY unsafe for kids. Lot of crack heads around. Laundry room only opens when office is open, very inconvenient and most of their machines are not working. The grounds are filthy! Kids here are real potty mouth. There are more downs about this place then there are any ups. So Renter's BEWARE!
