We should have listened to the complaints on this site about the poor response to maintenance issues. The landlady is an idiot and has no respect for tenant maintenance needs nor tenant quiet hours. She schedules blowers and landscaping before 8 am, barely provides 24 hours notice before scheduling things like major painting, landscaping work. This place is sandwiched between what seem to be Section 8 housing (although you wouldn't know it from the outside) and the neighbors are less than pleasant or quiet. There has been nothing but renovation and noise here every day with rent prices probably due to increase because of it. Oh and the parking sucks, too. I would look elsewhere. This place isn't worth it.
