Apt's nice manager not very customer orientated

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
nice place to live, nice neighbors however the manager Barbara ruins what could be a wonderful home. I have no problem recommending someone to rent there. Barbara the on site manager has bad people skills, never returns your calls and is rarely in the office until the 6pm daily closing time. Which make's it hard to pick up packages when coming home from work. If you are considering willowcrest i suggest you go thru Sandy
