The apartments themselves are not the issue but the people that live here. There is little or not regard for other people as you will find people driving through the parking lot at all hours of the night with their loud music, drunken buffoons singing as they stumble out of their cars at 3am with their music blasting. Additionally there is a problem with the maintenance man who must be semi retired as he seems to have little motivation to do anything beyond what is absolutely necessary. The apartments themselves are given to minimal quality as it relates to fixtures etc. The cheap linoleum cracks and peels away with only minimal use. The blinds are framed in what looks like the original housing circa 1980. Cheap Fiberglass tubs which speak again to the poor effort to furnish residents with decent amenities. The people that live here are for the most part okay however it is the few low life individuals that have left a lasting impression on me. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone regardless of price.
