This place used to be beautiful, but then came a new manager and the place has gotten so filthy, it's like living in a slum(probably because the manager appears drunk 24/7). Someone on the first floor sells drugs and people come in and out all day long that DON'T LIVE HERE. Someone's clothes got stolen out of the laundry room last year. The elevator constantly breaks down or has been urinated in. Homeless people jimmy our locks and sleep in the fire escape or hallways. Just because we're low-income, doesn't mean we should have to live like this! The washers and dryers are crap, trash builds up in the fire escape, and we had water damage to the foyer that hasn't been repainted since July. And yes, there's mold.
