This is the worst place to live in ALL of Seattle, and I have lived here for four years. First of all, they made me sign my lease before I saw the apartment, they handed me keys to an apartment (after my multiple calls and emails trying to get into contact with them) that had cobwebs, pee on the toilet seat, and dust from the last tenants. When I asked them to clean it and give it to me in proper condition, they refused. In addition, the landlords do NOT like girls who wear high heels. You can hear everything through the walls and floors because the building is OLD and needs to be redone, not because the tenants are purposely or abnormally loud. Also, the mailboxes are too small (below the legal size according to building code) and all of my mail got smushed and wrinkled because it was shoved into the tiny mailboxes. The landlords are RUDE and don't do their job at all. No parking in that area unless you pay. Don't be fooled by the nice architecture of the inner apartments, it is not worth it to live with these landlords! on the other hand, I highly recommend the Ben Lomond only a few blocks away :)
