You can walk to everything in downtown from the front door.
It is true that this leads to city noise.
The fire engines from 4th Avenue and garbage trucks are the main culprits.

Don't make a mistake. You MUST NOT RENT here. 6 months ago, I had to renew my lease with additional $200 on the rent. Today, the rent will go up by another $200 to renew the lease.
I don't understand why these people are so money-thirsty and don't like to keep existing tenants.

Run in the Other Direction Jaynie Black, the manager, is incredible rude and incompentent. She pretends to be nice when you move in and then she is terrible to deal with, if she is even present to do her job! They will try and rip you off of all of your money.
