The Nolo

520 Occidental Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98104

09/08/14 by Verified Resident: This community feels more like a shared space than a community. I guess I have been most disappointed with this. It has only been hard to expect to live in a pet-friendly community and have new rules exacted fairly frequently. The roof top is often very cluttered even sometimes with glass and people don't pick up after their pets in the pet area. more

Sidney Apartments

400 Wall Street, Seattle, WA 98121

09/16/14 by anonymous: Wah! Brad is so nice! Today I had a heavy package delivered and I asked Brad to have it to my door. I was expecting the delivery guy to come up but instead Brad hand carried it to my apartment and I was in total shock! I'm so grateful at the effort Brad and Sara does for the residence of Sidney Apartments so I'm writing this review now. I've been living here for about 6 months (1 more

The Corydon

5101 25th Avenue Northeast, Seattle, WA 98105

09/07/14 by Verified Resident: The Corydon Team -Manager, Leasing Consultant and Maintenance Team- are exceedingly hardworking. They ensure that not only your apartment feels like home; they go the extra mile to make the entire complex feel not only like a community and your very own home. I feel at home the second I walk into the building. I feel at home walking my pet around the complex. Great place to call home. more

Westhaven Apartment Homes

2201 Southwest Holden Street, Seattle, WA 98106

07/15/14 by anonymous: Iā??m just a prospective tenant, so this is based on my tour. I landed on Westhaven because Iā??m trying to get close to downtown and not have to pay and arm and a leg, plus itā??s close to the water and downtown area of West Seattle. Anyway, I came into the office and we went over the availability and pricing, good and good. Nothing available right now, but Iā??m a month down the road, so more

Metropolitan Park Apartments

601 South Washington Street, Seattle, WA 98104

07/26/14 by ellen blaise: I absolutely LOVED my apartment on the 6ht floor of Metropolitan Park. The rooftop common lounge has a spectacular view of Seattle and there was washers and dryers in every apartment which is very difficult to find at a reasonable price. The only reason I am moving out is to move closer to my work because the traffic and commuting to and from work can be quite a challenge. I had a beautiful view more

Hillcrest Apartments

7524 35th Ave Sw, Seattle, WA 98126

07/28/14 by anonymous: Hillcrest is in a great location. It is half way between a shopping center with Target, QFC, restaurants, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Pier One and downtown West Seattle. The bus stop is right out the front door of the complex and 15 minutes to downtown. Great for ball games!!! Our apartment has all the upgrades,(not too fancy mind you but good enough) excellent view but most of all it is quiet. more

The Station at Othello Park

4219 South Othello, Seattle, WA 98118

03/23/14 by anonymous: I am not sure why the previous reviews are so horrible- maybe management back in the day wasn't so good. I have lived here for several months now, and haven't had any issues as of yet. I plan on renewing my lease once it is up. The rooftop area is awesome, and hardly anyone ever uses it. There are 3 gas grills, a bunch of seating, a fire pit and a hot tub for use. more

Altamira Apartments

4540 42nd Avenue Southwest, Seattle, WA 98116

03/13/14 by anonymous: We have lived at Altamira for the better part of 4 years and have loved living here. The management and maintenance team have always been helpful and responsive to any request we have had. The facilities are clean and well kept. more

120 Republican Street, Seattle, WA 98109

07/09/14 by Verified Resident: The neighborhood is great. Access to groceries, banks, restaurants, bars and activities right outside your door. All three of the rooftop decks are beautiful. The apartments are nice and have energy efficient appliances. The 1st Ave side has a lot of street noise (busses, trucks, drunken revelers and drug-addled transients). The Seattle Center side gets a lot of festival and event noise. more
