1330 Boren Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101

02/23/14 by erichk124: I have been living at the Stockbridge since 2012, and while I have the means to live at some of the more modern apartments in the middle of downtown, I feel no urge to move. The Stockbridge is an antique building dating from the mid-1920's, and for a building so old, it has really held together well. Of course, sometimes the age of the building shows, but the property more

The Nolo

520 Occidental Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98104

07/21/14 by Verified Resident: I'd give the NOLO very high marks. However; with everything there are Pros & Cons. Pros: Fantastic location. Pretty nice apartment. Great amenities. Some of the best food in the area is all within walking distance. Cons: The size of the bedroom is relatively small. It's also quite expensive. No big grocery store nearby. Can be loud & noisy with all the construction going on. more

Sidney Apartments

400 Wall Street, Seattle, WA 98121

05/16/14 by anonymous: My wife and I spent a week in Seattle taking tours of numerous rental properties downtown and surrounding communities as far south as Lakewood. Although we found many very nice apartments (some brand new), we decided on the Sidney Apartments because of the staff. The front office staff (Sara and Brad) have been amazing since day one consistently go out of their way for their tenants. Aaron the more

The Corydon

5101 25th Avenue Northeast, Seattle, WA 98105

05/02/14 by Verified Resident: My experience here so far has been great. The staff who work here have been very friendly and the apartment is clean in general and in good condition to live here. The location is pleasant in the sense that it is located right next to a walking and bicycle-riding trail and a large, scenic city park where you can enjoy outdoors activities. It is also next to a large shopping mall, so you can also more

Westhaven Apartment Homes

2201 Southwest Holden Street, Seattle, WA 98106

07/15/14 by anonymous: Iā??m just a prospective tenant, so this is based on my tour. I landed on Westhaven because Iā??m trying to get close to downtown and not have to pay and arm and a leg, plus itā??s close to the water and downtown area of West Seattle. Anyway, I came into the office and we went over the availability and pricing, good and good. Nothing available right now, but Iā??m a month down the road, so more

La Vie at Queen Anne

229 Queen Anne Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109

10/09/13 by Moved in January of 2013 and have nothing but GREAT things to say about La Vie. By far my best experience with staff/management. Notified them of a malfunctioning disposal and it was fixed the same day! They have two beautiful terraces, one with a BBQ and immaculate view of Seattle and the Space Needle. The only reason I am moving is to get a bit more room (had a studio) and to move out of the more

Willows Court Apartments

12316 28th Avenue N. E., Seattle, WA 98125

11/01/13 by Dissapointed98125: The new manager is rude, unapologetic and not very helpful. The office is often closed during office hours making picking up packages difficult. more

Metropolitan Park Apartments

601 South Washington Street, Seattle, WA 98104

02/03/14 by This apartment building seemed like a good idea at first but as I had friends living in the building. We all slowly discovered the building was infested with mice. Mouse dropping and chewed on carpet in closets and along the baseboards were daily discoveries. I even used glue traps behind my sofa and caught a few. Approached the apartment manager ---- about it and seems like nothing was ever done. more

Post Alley Court Apartments

1406 Western Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101

09/25/13 by Lbrinn: Noted- This is for Post Alley Court, not to be confused with The Post (Classic mix up!) Ive lived at Post Alley Court for a year now and just signed on for another year in a new unit! The management has been amazing to say the very least, they even helped me move my furniture! Lets be honest, I have looked at almost every apartment on western down elliot and you will not find a better more

The Station at Othello Park

4219 South Othello, Seattle, WA 98118

03/23/14 by anonymous: I am not sure why the previous reviews are so horrible- maybe management back in the day wasn't so good. I have lived here for several months now, and haven't had any issues as of yet. I plan on renewing my lease once it is up. The rooftop area is awesome, and hardly anyone ever uses it. There are 3 gas grills, a bunch of seating, a fire pit and a hot tub for use. more
