First off I have lived here over 6 months just for the fact I have a dog and finding housing can be very difficult.

The management is nice but couldn't run a building if they tried.

The manager is rude to an extent with the tenants.

The building is a little overpriced for what you get.

Everyday you will hear the fire truck leave EVERY DAY!!! It will wake you up in the middle of the night or whatever time you might be resting.

There is not enough parking so residents are forced into a dirt lot the building owns and plans on turning into yet another building.

My car was towed because I couldn't find parking near my home.

The elevators are always broken.

And you will see some shady characters around the building.

Oh and if you have animals excpect to pay.

Birds will run you at 200.00 and a dog 500.00 or more.

This building is out to take your money BEWARE!! Good luck!
