I always look to these reviews for advice and the most helpful have always been the ones that list the good and the bad...so I'll make an attempt to do just that...The good: The apartment complex is relatively new, and has stainless appliances, a washer and dryer, etc. The managment is very polite and helpful. I have never had as good of an experience with apartment managment as I do here. There are lots of things within walking distance grocery store, restaurants, dry cleaning, gas station, coffee, etc. The area is pretty decent. Most of the other tenants here are polite, they say hello, hold the door for you if your hands are full, etc. The bad: there is a fire station across the street, and like all fire stations, its loud. personally, i've gotten used to it and it doesn't bother me anymore, but i know some people are just light sleepers by nature. Parking is absolutely horrific. Its nearly impossible to have guests over, because there is absolutely no street parking in the area and it sometimes requires having them park several blocks away which for me is embarassing. There are definitely a few bad apples in the building namely..irresponsible pet owners (read: dogs using the restroom inside the building) and people trashing the hallways/elevators. Managment has been taking action against all of this though so hopefully it works. When the weather is warm enough, and everyone has their windows open...you can hear absolutely everything your neighbors are doing/saying and some people in the building seem unaware of this or simply don't care, but...thats really just the breaks of apartment living. Overall its a decent place to live...compared to some of the prices in seattle its more reasonable. The newness of the building and appliances are definitely a plus. The building is also controlled entry which makes it feel a bit more safe. Maitenance has always been timely and helpful, and there is always someone working to keep the grounds maintained. The apartment could definitely be much better, but it could be much worse as well.

The secure building is not really secure, if it was the TV next to the office would not have been stolen. This should have been captured on their "security cameras". When asked about it I was told that the cameras do not work. So much for decure
