Not a place to call home

This place is not what it is cracked up to be. The apartments a smaller than what you are told. The kids run up and down the halls playing chase. The apartment staff is friendly if they are in the office and as long as you do not need anything. Do not expect to get all of your packages because the office is usually empty. The halls smell of animal pee. (people lets their dogs go in the hallways. Elevators are broken a lot. Maintenance is very nice but he(yes only one person) is limited in what he is allowed to do by the owners. They call in contractors that do a horrible job. Parking is horrible even if you pay for the overpriced garage parking. The $50 a month for parking is tight and badly put together. The building is new but not put together very well. Trash often fills up and is just thrown. on the ground filling the garage with a rotten stench. It is overpriced. It has secure doors but the big screen TV was stolen out of the rec room. The only amenities is one plasma tv and a bad pool table. There is a BBQ grill that is always filthy. There are no ceiling fans in the apartments so windows need to be opened on a good day to get circulation. That means you must be prepared to explain to your little one what all the noises(SEX) that wake them during the wee hours of the morning. Don't bother contacting the owners the are rude and money hungry. It is a great location the streets are not very busy. The only positive thing I can say is that the maintenance guy is good when he is allowed to do the job.
